Apna Cab (“we”) is preparing to launch. This page explains in plain language how we use the information you share on this website.

What we collect

• What you enter in the form: name, mobile number and city. For drivers: vehicle type, whether the vehicle is owned or rented, and (if you choose to share it) current monthly earnings. For riders: how often you take cabs and for what purpose.
• A record of your consent and the time you submitted the form.
• Technical data: which ad or link brought you here (UTM tags), whether you use a phone or computer, your language, and what you do on the page (for example, tapping a button).

Why we use it

• To contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp when the service launches.
• To understand how many drivers and riders are interested in each city, so we can build a better service.
• To measure how well the website and our ads perform.

Analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity (to understand how people move around the page), and the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags to measure ads. These services use cookies or similar technology. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your number or information. It goes only to service providers who help run our website and data (such as Google, Meta, Microsoft and our hosting company), or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to launch the service, up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your information, and to withdraw your permission to be contacted. Write to the email below and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

This service is not for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
